Q) What is Etsy, and why do I need to register to buy?
A) It is similar to Ebay but strictly for handmade goods. Registering wtih Etsy allows you to purchase from my
shop, and helps regulate the credability of each store with feedbacks that are left after a purchase.

Q) What can I expect during the checkout process?
A) After adding items to the shopping cart, you will be prompted to complete the purchase. You will then have to
opportunity to pay with a credit card by clicking the paypal button. Etsy will now direct you to the paypal's
website automatically. If you did not reach the paypal website, please check your shopping cart or purchased
items list in your Etsy account. It is a 2 step process.

Q) Do I need a Paypal account to purchase items?
A) No. I use paypal for quick and easy payment tracking. If you do not have a paypal account you may still use
Paypal to make a purchase with a credit card without registering. This option will be available at time of
purchase. I do however, suggest you have a Paypal account to track your purchases.

Q) May I pay by check ?
A) Unfortunately, I do not accept checks at this time.

Q) What name will appear on my credit card statement?
A) Paisley Bleu

Q) Do you charge sales tax?
A) Yes, 8.25% will be charged to those residing in the state of Texas

A) Yes, we do. Please email us at paisleybleu2125@aol.com or convo through etsy and provide the following

Shipping

:: We use USPS on all our items, let us know if you would like another shipping method. We would be happy to
combine shipping on mutiple orders. We DO NOT include insurance or tracking with your charged shipping. If
you would like us to include these items, or have multiple purchases, please let us know and we can update your
invoice to reflect these changes.

:: All items with be sent to the address on your paypal address unless specified otherwise, so please verify that
the address is correct. If this is a gift and going to a different address, just let us know and we will gladly ship
your item to the address requested and your paid invoice to your paypal address.

:: We attempt to mail your ordered item as soon as possible, but due to the handmade nature of our business
please allow 3-5 business days on most orders..

:: At Paisley Bleu we strive to make our customers happy, so if for any reason you are dissatisfied with your
purchase, please contact us so we can correct the problem. We will gladly refund your purchase, less shipping
charges, if it is returned unused and undamaged within 10 days of the original shipping date.
